We also Train and Coach others to become Emotional Health Coaches within our platform.

Hey, I'm Richard and I have a passion for Martial Arts, having dedicated 35+ years to Taekwondo. I'm also in the forth year of Anma, having qualified as a practitioner.

Anma works with the whole body to reintegrate its natural movement patterns lost through injury and helps many muscular-skeletal and lifestyle-related conditions.

I work with people to heal the three elements of the human experience: Mind, Body, and spirit.
