Masters Coaching Exchange

Service Description

The Masters Coaching Exchange is a professional peer coaching space for Trainee and Certified Master Coaches within the HOST platform. This container exists to support your continued development as a coach, leader, and practitioner through shared reflection, challenge, and accountability. Sessions are collaborative rather than hierarchical and are held by peers who are actively engaged in the Masters Pathway. Masters Coaching Exchanges are initiated by Trainee or Certified Masters when support, calibration, or reflection is needed. Once scheduled, sessions appear on the HOST community calendar and may be observed by members for learning and integration purposes. This is not a training call, a teaching space, or an emotional processing group. It is a professional coaching exchange grounded in presence, responsibility, and mutual respect.
