These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in and use of the coaching services, training programs, and materials provided through our platform, including the Healers Embodiment Program. By accessing or participating in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

1.1. The Company provides coaching services and training programs, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, group sessions, digital resources, live workshops, and certification programs through the Healers Embodiment Program.
1.2. The Program is designed to equip participants with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to become certified Emotional Health Coaches.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1. To enroll in the Program, you must complete the registration process and pay the required fees.
2.2. You certify that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
2.3. Admission into the certification program is subject to meeting specific prerequisites, as outlined during the application process.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Fees: Payment can be made in full or in instalments as agreed at registration.
3.2. Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit of £250–£500 is required to secure enrolment and is strictly non-refundable.
3.3. Payment Schedule: Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in restricted access to Program materials or termination of enrolment.
3.4. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Once you have accessed Program materials or participated in any portion of live sessions, the Program is deemed utilized in full, and no refunds will be provided.
4.2. The Company operates on a strict no-refund policy, regardless of subsequent usage or completion of the Program.
4.3. If you cancel prior to accessing materials or sessions, the non-refundable deposit will be retained. Any additional fees may be refunded at the Company’s discretion.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Program for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Rescheduling Policy

5.1. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the original start date.
5.2. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 4 weeks of the original Program start date.
5.3. Requests made after this timeframe may result in forfeiture of fees.

6. Certification Requirements

6.1. Participants must complete all required coursework, attend live training sessions, and demonstrate competency as outlined in the Program curriculum.
6.2. Certification is not guaranteed and will be awarded solely at the discretion of the Company.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Participants must act respectfully and professionally during all interactions.
7.2. Prohibited behaviours include:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.

  • Sharing or reproducing proprietary materials without authorisation.

  • Disruptive behaviour during live sessions or forums.
    7.3. Violation may result in removal from the Program without refund.

8. Program Access and Usage

8.1. Program access includes digital resources, live and recorded sessions, and supplementary tools (“Materials”).
8.2. Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written consent.
8.3. Access may be revoked if misuse is identified.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. All Materials are the exclusive property of the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
9.2. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal development and practice.
9.3. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.

10. Disclaimer of Results

10.1. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
10.2. Success depends on your effort, commitment, and circumstances.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
